QA

For this project, I collaborated with a Product Owner to design and implement an automated system for monthly reports. This initiative aimed to save Account Managers valuable time by streamlining the report creation process. We established a graphic charter and templates for the reports, integrating data from various platforms via Adverity. My role involved ensuring the solution met high standards of efficiency, usability, and reliability, aligning with a Quality Assurance approach to optimize workflows and user satisfaction.

Solution

Through several meetings with Account Managers, we gathered and analyzed their specific needs to create tailored solutions. Based on these insights:

  • We developed multiple Google Data Studio templates, each designed to address distinct reporting requirements.

  • Leveraging Adverity, we automated the integration and processing of diverse datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data presentation.

  • I focused on designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface, ensuring reports were visually clear, easy to navigate, and accessible. The objective was to deliver comprehensive data in a readable format that saved time for employees while providing clients with a clear understanding of performance metrics.

From a QA perspective, I conducted extensive testing to validate the automation process, identify and resolve issues, and guarantee seamless functionality across all templates and datasets.

Results

The impact of this project was significant:

  • Time Savings: Over 90 hours per month were saved across a team of approximately 30 employees, allowing them to focus on higher-value tasks.

  • Improved Client Engagement: Client feedback highlighted the clarity and relevance of the data provided, far surpassing the quality of previous reports.

  • Enhanced Report Utilization: Response rates to monthly reports increased notably, indicating they were being read and appreciated by clients.

This project demonstrates my ability to integrate a Quality Assurance mindset into the design and development process, ensuring efficient, reliable, and user-focused solutions that drive productivity and improve client satisfaction.
